Switch to the default or classic theme and see if the comments work. If yes – the issue is with your theme.
I switched over to the default one and they worked fine. I do know it’s my theme, but where would I look to fix it? I uploaded all the original pages from my theme, besides the stylesheet and the sidebars. I’ll post the html from those two in the next post so maybe you could help pinpoint what my problem would be. (I had also had a problem with my rss, maybe it could be solved through looking at this as well.)
Style.
[long code moderated – next time use something like http://wordpress.pastebin.ca ]
So I just replaced the comments.php in my theme with the one from the classic. Problem solved I think!

Today I let a couple friends test out my site before I make it accessible.. and when one left me a comment it’s not showing up! It just has a rectangular box where the comment should be. Here’s the link to my site: http://anempireoffilth.com/thepalehorse/ and the page where the comment should be: http://anempireoffilth.com/thepalehorse/?page_id=113
Also, whenever a comment has been left (i left one on my only post and the sean stiegemeier page) my sidebar completely disappears. Help!
