How I can remove comments possibilities?! I want that people can`t comment any txt. What I need to change in code or smth?!!

You can uncheck the option “Allow Comments” in Options -> Discussion.

You can also edit your template files to remove all references to comments.

Look in /wp-content/themes/<your-theme-name> and look at single.php (if you have it) and other files in there.

You can start by reading up on Templates, and then read the Stepping_Into_Templates document.

Finally you should wind up at Include_Tags, which will explain to you the comments template include directive.
