    Hello,

    Question, is there a way to add the following?

    1. When the client rejects a proposal, a window or message appears indicating that he is sure he wants to reject the proposal.
    2. The other thing would be, in case the client rejects the proposal, a section appears that adds a comment, as if to know the reason for the rejection in order to have a reference and improve.

    We do have an add-on that allows users to comment on line items Line item commenting, however, I know that isn’t what you were mentioning. You could do this with a theme override and create the custom alert in the theme override.

    I see that one is acquiring the pay-true and I have tried to customize the customization with the link sent because I had already read the documentation but the example codes, at least from that link, always fail for me.

    I’m not familiar with the term “pay-true” and we don’t have an integration with it at this time. Could you please provide a bit more detail on what you’re trying to configure? That way, I can better assist you.
