Comments not visible

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
If you can install plugins, install “Health Check”: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site. You can then use its admin bar menu to turn on/off plugins and themes one at a time.
Thanks – but changing theme does not feel too good. What kind of plugin does mostly cause a problem like this, do you know?
If you use the health check plugin, your visitors will not see what you’re doing. This is how we troubleshoot this sort of issue.
Ok – so I installed the plug in Health check & Troubleshouting and choose twenty seven theme (i think it was) but no – no comments show up.
So with a different theme and all plugins disabled, the comments still didn’t show?
Exactly – they did not show so I really do not know where to start now to find the reason.
Are all the comments published?
Yes they are
Problem solved :). What needed to be done, at least with the Theme Yoko, is to replace case ” with case’comment’ in the functions.php. Now the comments are visible. Thanks anyway.
Hmmm… then the comments should have shown up when you changed the theme. Anyhow, I recommend reporting this at https://wordpress.org/support/theme/yoko#new-post so the theme’s developers and support community can help you with this.

In my specific post as well as under Discussion under Settings I have allowed comments. However, in the post it does only say how many comments there are but they are not visible.
Any suggestions on how to make them visible?
