I have a leave a reply link, but when I click on it- it goes to a “this is embarrassing” …not working page

The blog is rallysquirrel.com. At the end of the post there is a Leave A Reply link. When it is clicked it goes to a “this is embarrassing” page instead of a comment box?
How can I make my permalinks so that I can edit them?
Your custom permalinks are broken. Reset your custom permalinks back to the default setting via Settings -> Permalinks. If this works, then review Using_Permalinks before setting a custom permalink structure back up again.
