Comments not displaying on load with page setting

    Hi guys,

    So a client of mine brought to my attention that comments are not showing on their post, even though they were before. See here

    The post has comments enabled, no updates available for the plugin. I have it set for the comments to load with the page but they don’t. If I set it to “Initiate AJAX loading after page” the comments show but take a second to load in, not ideal. Any idea why load comments with the page is broken?

    @gvectorssupport sadly I can’t because the site is locked behind a membership login.

    Allison,

    This kind of issue is usually caused by either conflict with other plugins or the active theme.

    Please deactivate the plugins/theme one by one and check after each deactivation to find the problem maker one.

    Keep the cache plugin (if you have) deactivated during this testing process. Don’t forget to press Ctrl+F5(twice) on frontend each time before checking.
