comments not appearing

    Comments posted via a mobile device are appearing as ‘anonymous’ and URL, text etc blank. There is also a recurring ‘you have already posted this comment’ error.

    How do I fix it?

    Hi,

    Please check if this only happens when leaving a comment when viewing the WPtouch theme. Switch to the desktop theme, leave a comment and let us know if the issue is exclusive to WPtouch. If it is, we’ll be happy to further investigate. Thank you.

    I’ve just tried it and the comment went through ok on desktop but appeared as an anonymous one with everything blank on the mobile version.

    I’ve just updated the plugin and tried it again on mobile version. Got the ‘you seem to be making a duplicate comment’ message again even though I hadn’t tried to put a message on that post before. I’m leaving it on at the moment for you to test it but will have to deactivate unless this can be resolved.
