It was the comments made by my users. The replies were getting formatted narrower and narrower until they would dissapear off the page.
I think I may have resolved the matter. I changed the nested comments settings from 10 to 8 and the replies now appear to be formatting correctly.
At least I hope they are now. 🙂

The user comments on my wordpress blog appear to be formatting to the right with some going off the page.
