Could you please share the search results page URL from your site where it is happening so I can troubleshoot it?
For those having the same issue, it turns out being able to sort search results by relevance is a paid feature.
I bought the pro version and changed the setting to “relevant” but I still don’t get anywhere close to relevant search results lol.

Still not resolved. Support is pretty slow.
So, to let everyone know. Buying the pro version and choosing relevance made absolutely no difference to me. It doesn’t give you the relevant results. Typing “Wild XX” will only focus on the word “Wild” basically and thus leaving out the most relevant results containing “XX”.
I will move on to use Algolia or Elastic Search instead.
