Comments going to Feedback Tab

    I have had a test and an actual person put comments on my page and they are going straight to the feedback tab of my site. They are not in the comments section for me to approve in order for them to show up on my site. What am I doing wrong?

    What’s the URL of the post or page you’re referring to?

    A “Feedback” section in the Dashboard is typically used by contact form plugins, not comments.

    I’m having the same problem. Some comments show up as “feedback”, not showing as a comment for approval. I’ve even resent these comments, but they still show as feedback! All feedback offers is mark as spam or move to trash.
