Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

I m using Beginner theme by theme-junkie.
There is a problem with my site’s comment section. That is whenever, I receive any comment, WordPress sends me mail to moderate the comment. But when I click on that it says invalid comment id. Also it shows that there is no comment even in spam category or trash category. Please tell me what to do.
