Hi, I notice you have no meta block on your site, so have no idea of the status of your users, do they login as members.I would check how you have set user roles for your blog, ideally you want them as subscribers, where they need to register and login to read articles and comment, looks like they have the ability to delete comments.
try reading the docs section on roles.
hope it works out.
mike.

Oh by the way, these were not users who logged in to comment, these were users who were simply posting as guests. The users are not able to login to my wordpress.
In the Users section of my WordPress installation, only the administrator account is listed under All Users.

Hello, I noticed something strange on my blog the other day.
Two users were bickering rather passionately, and then the next day, all of the comments posted by one of the users involved in the bickering vanished!
I did not delete these comments.
I do not think there is anyway that the users can delete their own comments… Right?
The post in question is here.

Does anyone have any idea how comments could have been deleted from this post? Or, how I could check to see what was done to remove them?
Thanks for any help… This is a little freaky.
