A few things to check.
1st, WPBook can only import comments made against the wall posts it made – not any other posts on the FB wall
2nd, it only runs on a cron task every hour, so have patience
3rd, it looks like it has – there is a comment by Michael Eugene McKoy on your facebook page which I also see on your wordpress blog – unless you did that manually.

Well we’ve got wpbook working with the permissions issue resolved but it doesn’t seem to be syncing the comments from the fanpage back to the blog and vice versa.
