Hello. Comments in plugin are not sent. I don’t know when they stopped working, but they used to. I don’t know what’s the problem. This may be due to a wordpress or plugin update. Please, can you check my website and help me to fix the problem?

I click on the submit button and nothing happens. When I’m logged in, the text entry form disappears and then appears.

WP CERBER plugin blocks my IP when trying to send a comment from a mobile device connected to the same WIFI.

The final picture of the problem. Cerber WP plugin blocks the form submission. A separate problem is that the text input field from the desktop is not always loaded. You need to reload the page. This may be due to Lazy load or caching.

Restarting the Cerber plugin seems to have solved the problem with blocking. It remains to solve the problem with displaying the input field for text. I use the W3 Total Cache plugin, most likely comments conflict with it, what settings should I change?

I found out something else. The problem is with the minify function.

Please try to exclude the JS files from the minification, and check again.

This helps, but makes my site slower. What is better to use before /head and after body? Minify/Combine only? Preserved comment removal? Line break removal?

You should use the Minify/Combine. Other options provided above by you depend on your site, you can simply use it and see how it work.

Hi! The comments appears in the posts but they are not sent/published. The option to Reply comments is not working too. I tried to use/deactivate Minify/Combine, I deactivated the WP Rocket cache plugin, I cleared the cache… I am using WordPress 5.5

Hi! The comments published before updating to WordPress 5.5 are shown. Now, it is not possible to publish new ones: after clicking in “post comment”, they don’t appear and we could not reply either the current comments. See https://www.agroconsultoraplus.com/preguntas-frecuentes/

Hi @miguelcuba,

The wpDiscuz JS files do not load, that cause the issue.
Your WordPress theme footer php file must contain function to allow all plugins load JS files and scripts, so please make sure is exist and check again.. Screenshot below:

Hi! Could you be more specific? What line should be inserted to allow loading JS files and scripts for wpDiscuz? I use Insert Head and Footer plugin to add the code easily.
