Be prepared for your blog to be filled with texas hold’em and viagra spam when you do it, but here’s how:
“You can control which comments get held for moderation on your Discussion Options page, which is located under Options → Discussion.
If you would like every comment to be held for moderation, check the An administrator must approve the comment (regardless of any matches below) option, listed under Before a comment appears. “
Instead of checking, obviously you’d want to uncheck that.

My WP-Cron plugin contains a helper plugin to send notification emails for new comments on an hourly basis. It can be tweaked to send once per day, if you’d prefer.
