comments always off

    I have set the global setting to allow comments on all posts. I ran a SQL query on wp_posts to globally enable comments for all posts. And yet, each time I post a new blog, the comments are off.

    It’s definitely a database issue (disabled all plugins and still no luck), any idea what table might be causing this?

    Any advice?
