This is a new problem, so I’m not sure which plugin could be causing it.Please give me some more specific instructions. Thanks.

I have no idea. You should be able to edit comments with stock WordPress. If you’re not running the default 2012 theme or you’ve made changes to it, then it could be that. If you’re running a bunch of plugins, it could be any of them.

If you can afford to have your site down or modified for a while, the initial troubleshooting steps are to switch to the default theme and disable all your plugins. Then, if the problem goes away, switch back to your old theme. If the problem comes up again, you know it was your theme that was causing it. If the problem still isn’t there, reactive your plugins one by one, testing after each activation to determine which one is causing the conflict.

If you still have an issue using the default unmodified 2012 theme and have no plugins activated, we can look at additional troubleshooting.

Before you start, make sure all your plugins and your theme are up to date. Make backups first!

    What is your “user role”?
