Comment redirect problem

When a user submits a comment on my site, they are directed to an incorrect URL with a double / instead of just a single /. For example, say I post a comment on an article, I am directed to:

http://www.360elites.net/featured/ms-gives-1-week-of-live-to-mw2-players//comment-page-1#comment-49

when I should, in fact, be directed to:

http://www.360elites.net/featured/ms-gives-1-week-of-live-to-mw2-players/comment-page-1#comment-49

I’ve looked through all my theme’s files an cannot find anything that might cause this (I’m using the Arras theme). I am using the All In One SEO plugin, but I’m pretty sure that isn’t causing the problem.
