I’m using a comment plugger but it plugs the commenters on that entry which I don’t want. Is there a plugger that plugs the commenters from the last post on the new post?

I followed the instructions in that thread but I keep on getting this error:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING in /home/cindy/public_html/wp/wp-content/plugins/comment-plugger.php on line 27
