Comment Option Dissappeared!

I was wondering why people weren’t leaving comments on my blog and then someone said they couldn’t see where. The comments option has disappeared.

I upgraded my blog a few months ago to the current theme my whole site is in. Previously I had a different theme for the blog. Perhaps I should have left it as it was 🙁

Anyway, I’ve checked all the theme and comment settings in the dashboard, everything is on as it should but no comment options show in the posts.

Can anyone help me please?
