Photo Albums -> Settings admin page Table IV-F3, select All users
This will cause new comments to be pending and moderatable by anyone with wppa Moderate rights ( See Table VII-A ), always including ‘adminstrator’.

Is it possible to put all the photo comments into moderation of the web master? If so, how should we do it?
