Comment Error
-
Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
– re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.
Yeah, I did all that.
Can we see the site using the default Twenty Thirteen theme with all plugins deactivated?
Alright twenty thirteen theme and all plugins have been deactivated.
And…?
Nothing, I’m still getting the blank screen when I try commenting on chrome. Firefox works but not chrome.
Have you tried reinstalling Chrome?
Yes, but it’s happening to everyone who visits the site. A friend had to text me that there’s a problem with chrome allowing comments. I checked and there is a problem with only chrome.
The site is not using the 2013 theme…
I checked it when the theme was changed 2 hours ago and it was still not working.
We really need to see it.
It’s already up. All plugins have been deactivated
I’ve also noticed that I can’t login into my admin panel while using chrome but with firefox everything works. I wonder if this problem is an offshoot of that.
It’s always possible that there’s a problem in your copy of Chrome. Not heard any feedback from the “Think Tank” yet.

Our website is Finger-Play.net, a game app review site. Right now the only way people can comment is through Firefox, they can’t seem to do it while using Chrome. I’ve deactivated all the plug-ins and it still doesn’t work. I don’t even get a error message, just a simple white screen.
