Comment CSS errors

Hey,
I’m working on customizing a theme based around the theme KISS, but I’m having trouble with my comments page and I think it’s in the CSS.

The background (http://aristocratic-priss.com/wp-content/themes/kiss-1/tile.png) needs to extend all the way to the footer image (http://aristocratic-priss.com/wp-content/themes/kiss-1/bottom.png) which is cut off for some reason. It needs to look like this:
