Probably you’ve installed some extension on the browser, so it doesn’t work. Please disable all browser extensions and check again.

With private browsing, it works.

This means that either there is still some extension or just a cache issue.

In any case, it works fine, we’ve checked it one more time.

It seems this only doesn’t work for logged-in users or admins. In any case, I may suggest you, for testing reasons, disable the customizations you’ve done and check again.

Please try to exclude the wpDiscuz plugin from the W3 Total Cache plugin settings.

You should find the option in the W3 Total Cache plugin settings.
