Comission per attribution(or variation)

Hi all,

We are currently building a multivendor site that has the following specs:

– Products never go from vendor to final customer. The store always has to verify them.
– The store can have the same product with two variations, shipping in 1-2 days(they have already the product from the vendor inhouse) or shipping in 7-8 days(vendor will have to send the product to the store for verification)
– Vendor will get a different comission wether he sold a product that was already inhouse or wether he still has to send it to the store for verification

Currently, we have a pretty nice setup thanks to this plugin but we are struggling with how to handle two different comissions within the same product based on the variation.
The plugin seems to handle really well comissions per product, category and so, but not for this specific usage.

Does anybody have any tip on how to deal with this?
Any other suggestion?
