Combine catalogs into one

    Hi,

    I need an easy way to combine catalogs into one “super catalog” so I can create a global search function on all products.

    I have already entered the names, details and parameters for 100’s of products and I don’t want to do it again.

    Can this be done from the database or from the CPanel in any way?

    Dear Paul the search tool may be only related to the catalog it’s used with, we may not move it to your home page or make it search for the whole catalogs,. It’s mostly be theme modification and not a plugin modification

    I understand this.

    I developed a solution which involves creating a super category with ALL products that I can search.

    I already have 100’s of products listed in separate categories and I don’t want to reenter everything.

    Is there a way to combine products from separate categories into a NEW single category?
