Combine 2 sites into one

Ok I have 2 sites right now
1: http://pcpartsadvice.com/wp/
2: http://sparkertech.us/

I want to merge the pcpartsadvice content into the sparkertech site content and then do away with the pcpartsadvice domain. I want sparkertech to be my main site. I don’t see the viability of pcpartsadvice domain any longer. How ever the content of sparkerstech is such that that content is very usable for that site.

Not sure if a multisite install would be the answer. I could setup a subdomian hardware.sparkertech.us and run the pcpartsadvice site on that.

I just want to combine them at this time. Now I know I could do cut and paste from one site to the other but really I would like to keep them separate as the other site is more hardware related and sparkertech is more software related. I do like the idea of multisite cause of the combined admin panel and such. Not sure if it would be applicable in my scenario.

Can anyone help how to accomplish this?
