    Dear Support, I need assistance in setting up columns in
    the Form I’m setting up for a church camp. I went through the manual
    on setting up columns with using page break and it’s just not working.
    I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Please advise.

    @beckerwm,

    Please note that the plugin only takes the spot allowed by your theme. So if the content area is not large enough, it will not be possible to add more than e.g. 2 or 3 columns at a time.
