Columns generated in CSV

    Good day, I’m needing all fields in a form to be included as column headers in the CSV that get’s generated as an email attachment. Currently it only includes filled out fields.

    So for example an Address 02 field that doesn’t get filled in, must still be included as a Column Header “Address 02” in the generated CSV file.

    Any ideas.
