Me too. Same problem. Life saving plugin but it’s giving me this one last bit of trouble.
I’m having the same issue, works great everywhere else, but I have a two column setup, one side is fine, it only has an image, the other side is staggered and down on the page, and that is an embedded YouTube Video.

I’m having the same problem, please help. Great product and I love the ease of use, but need my columns to align!

Just found the answer in another thread.
To quote and give thanks to “thelostswede”:
I found that I had to place both parts of the WP Easy Columns code on the same line in a page/post to make the two columns align. Hopefully this helps.
Response from author “Pat Friedl”:
The problem is that WordPress will add <p> tags if you hit carriage return. The shortcodes should be as close to each other as possible to avoid any unwanted <p> tags in the content.
Hope that helps!
I did this but columns are still on in a row??
Actually we fixed the issue, it was something on the template code that was putting padding above YouTube Videos, and not an issue with the plugin to <p> tags
I am still having this issue. Page is: http://slogancreator.com.au/newsite/about/money-back-guarantee-revisions/
I have checked the ‘text’ tab’s code and everything it lined up properly so there is no spaces between the shortcode and the content. It still staggers though.
I have this problem plus one where, if the first column is shorter than the second, the second wraps under the first – http://www.postcardsfromyouth.com/cat
What am I doing wrong?
My page theme is the education-theme-group with 3 columns, and the theme is used on multiple pages. However, I have recently done something and now it appears to have the 1st column stacked, versus all 3 starting at the same height on the page. How do I fix this to have 3 even columns of data?
