Column and Headings Not Working

I updated the plugin from 3.9 to the latest and the site went to hell. I notices the other “resolved” posts but I’m having the same problem.

I’ve tried the settings options but nothing. I’ve tried
[row]
[column size=”1/2″] 50% [/column]
[column size=”1/4″] 25% [/column]
[column size=”1/4″] 25% [/column]
[/row]

and

[row]
[column size=”6″] 50% [/column]
[column size=”3″] 25% [/column]
[column size=”3″] 25% [/column]
[/row]

and obviously the previous [/column][column size=”1-3″ last=”3″]

also the headings are gone. All of this is working fine in the 3.9

Is there a fix?
