colour names with hex

hey, great plugin, has helped me out a lot, just wondering if there is a way of showing the colour in checkout/cart as name eg red, instead of the hex value?, as if a customer reviews their cart/checkout they have no easy way of knowing what colour they have picked, also picking colour by name doesn’t work very well for all colours, so would there be away of entering hex with colour name (ie red|#ff0000) so when customers pick/ hover over colour they see the colour name, but when colour is sent to admin as an order they get the hex value?
