Colormag Pro UPDATE Issue

    Hello Team,
    Since many months already, I’ve tried to update my colormag Pro Theme from WordPress without any success.
    I only get the following error message:
    An error occurred while updating ColorMag Pro: Update package not available.

    The current version that I have is: Version: 2.3.7

    Sometime I try several time to update it without success. Then the update disappear from the update page. Then, weeks later it appears again and while try to update it, the same error above appears.

    Can you help me with that? What is the problem?
    Do I have to do something else to update it?

    We are not allowed to support any type of query for pro theme via WordPress forum according to their guideline. So, can you please create the support ticket via our support ticket or create the new support thread via our chat system? There, you’ll get reply regarding the issues which you have mentioned here.
