• Spent entire Friday trying to fix the checkout which was not compatible with newly updated Elementor. Didn’t work. Tried today to remove the funnel and ad a new one – guess what! Even if I am allowed to have 3 in the free version, by adding and removing I exhausted the limit! So I have one not working, and I am not allowed to install one from scratch to see if it works. in plus, upsell adds to the total, but test transaction doesn’t take it, as the payment is on the second page (bumper), not after. Waste of time.

    Hi @justynawilaszek,

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience with WPFunnels. We understand how frustrating it must have been to spend so much time troubleshooting these issues.

We’ve tested these issues on our end, and everything appears to be working as expected. Since you’ve experienced them on your site, there may be a plugin or theme conflict or another site-specific issue causing the behavior. Conflicts can sometimes occur depending on the site specific combination of plugins, themes, and site configurations.

We’d love to investigate further and help you identify the cause. Please reach out to our support team through the support channel on our website or email us at support@getwpfunnels.com so we can take a closer look at your setup.

We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to help you get everything working properly.

    Thanks,

    WPFunnels Support Team

    good morning,

spent the entire day trying to make it work; unfortunately after a short revival (AI asked me to switch off the cache plugin and re-save permalinks in WP settings) , the check out page is a blank page with logo and nothing else. I switched off all non-vital plugins, no change. Sometimes checkout page shows in the incognito mode, but not always.

Found another problem: upsell. No matter which discount you set, % or flat, the price after adding it to the order is always original price. Tried with full price in WP, discounted price in WP, and mathematically makes even less sense (WP funnels see discounted price in WP, applies upsell discount and charges full price at the end).

another issue (solved with AI) was the fact of changing configuration in Payments to continue with the same transaction ID if the upsell is added. Otherwise upsell throws an error.

Another issue: purchase email contains product + bump, but no upsell, absolutely not ok for the customer.

Other issue: when the order is made, woocommerce shows the total (product + bump + upsell), but the payout to Stripe shows product + bump (minus commission), but no upsell.
How this software’s can be appealing for non technical persons, if there is so many minefields?
I wanted to take it for a test, it is a hardship and frustration ; especially when you see that the math doesn’t sum up (upsell).
let me know how to tackle those issues.

    Justyna
