Coding help

I have set up an accordion and I am trying to place a set of tabs and another set of accordions inside of the main accordion. I have tried so many variations of code but I can not seem to get it to work properly. I was able to get the tabs working but not the tabs and the accordion.

This almost works but the 2nd set of accordions are not inside the first the same way the tabs are. I have spent a few hours trying to figure this out if anyone has a solution I would really appreciate the help.
