Codex is not working in New Posts

Hi,

Last night my codex stopped working altogether. I don’t know what’s going on. For example, I typed this as the intro:

<h4>Robert Nkemdiche was a five-star recruit from Grason HS in Loganville, Georgia. Rivals ranked him as the number one strongside defensive end and number one overall prospect in the 2013 HS Class. He verbally committed to play for Clemson in November 2012, but decommitted and chose Ole Miss to play with his brother Denzel Nkemdiche. He enters the 2016 NFL Draft as one of the top defensive lineman prospects.</h4>

Suddenly, it turns into this after I “Save Draft”:

And then when I preview post it shows the coding I had before the save draft, and doesn’t use my commands. <h4> or <a> don’t work. Here’s a screen shot of the preview page: http://imgur.com/hGvYCA7

I have no idea what’s going on. This only started last night. I tried disabling plugins, but that didn’t work. Any help is greatly appreciated!
