For image use on other sites, the physical address of the image is necessary. For example:

Custom box doesn’t process codes w#name, w#filename, w#owner, w#id, w#tags, w#timestamp, w#modified, w#views, w#amx and w#amy.
tags and the description it is good. but the separate block that the author of a photo didn’t spoil the necessary code is necessary.

That can not be done in the custom box, that is static.
You can add it to the standard description ( Table IX-D5 ) and apply to all photos in Table VII-B4.
There is not yet a way to block the upploader from editing the description.
That could be added as an option if you like.
And it is possible to make the second block for the description?
To use the first for common goals the administrator, with an editing ban for authors. And the second block for authors, the description sometimes is necessary.
If there is no such opportunity, then add function of a ban of editing of the description only.
