Code for order notes behind link

First of all great work on this plugin. The corresponding blog post was quite convincing :).

As we are trying to minimize the number of plugins, I was hoping you could share some insight into how to hide the order notes box behind a link.

I understand you’d prefer people to use this plugin, but would really appreciate if you could steer me in the right direction with this.
