Code appears on my site

3.1.1 did it as well. Tried a restore with no luck.
I was running a pluging to submit links and still am. I went to my link page and rt clk’d and cut the code. Since I did paste it back and
after doing this the code began to appear on all my pages.
Is there a way to get rid of the code by going into the html viewer and delteing it? I am not very familiar but know enough if this is the case I could get rid of it.
If anyone has any ideas please let me know.
