Code appears in title

I have recently installed Search Everything to search my site for tags. But now, when I search a word, the first blog to be shown in my results has a weird title which now includes (what I think is) Search Everything coding. Here is a screenshot

Can someone please help me and tell me how to get rid of this? or why this is happening?
