Google Analytics for WordPress and Google Analyticator won’t throw an error, but you will probably have 2 tracking codes on your site which is not a good thing.

I am reasonably sure that Google would have a problem with that. Why not check with them to make sure?
A quick Google search for “loading multiple google analytics scripts” and you can see.
Also we may track external links / events in different ways. We tag them as /outgoing/ but other plugins may do this in a different way.
