Scusa il ritardo ma stavo immerso nel lavoro. Continuo in inglese per la community.
The Theme i’m using is Hemingway Child, whitout touching functions.php, neither customizer.php. I have installed also Ceceppa for customizer as well.
Actually i managed to find a workaround, which is deactivate the plugin, do the changes in customizer then reactivate whith all the inconvenients that i canno do any translation to the widgets.
It would be cool to have a fix to this small issue.

Hi, same error when using customizer on Twenty Fourteen, Ceceppa version is 1.4.25, Customizer addon 0.6
When i try to add widgets or do whatever in “Customize page” here again same message
“Abbiamo riscontrato un errore. Per favore ricarica la pagina e prova di nuovo.”
This appens when it autoupdates, live, the changes i make. So i guess it has to see with javascript.
Any clues yet?

I’m doing some test with Twenty Fourteen theme and I need more information… “Customize page” is “Appearance” -> “Customize” page?
Can you explain me all steps to reproduce the issue?

No worries, i understand you were busy 😉
Actually i installed both plugins, ceceppa and add for customizer, setup 2 or 4 languages (same issue on another site), first site Italian and English, 2nd site Italian, english, french and german.
When i go to customize theme, and try do anything, like insert custom text/html, or any other plugin, wheter i do it on my local mamp or online the auto update stops and gives me that error.
So working with menus is ok because i translate them elsewhere but adding content from “customise” is almost impossible.
When i talk about customize, i’m talking about: Theme -> customize or Aspect -> Customize (where you setup site title and motto, add sidebars widgets etc.)
This was an issue on child themes with Hemigway and Twenty Fourteen Theme.
The child theme plugin i’m using is Child theme configurator (http://www.lilaeamedia.com/plugins/child-theme-configurator/). Mybe the issue is from this one?
