Cluesless Newbie

Just created my first website and my hosting sesrvice has WordPress as its blog application, but I can’t for the life of me figure out how to make it show up on my website. I see it in the list of file but what do I DO with it? How do I make it work? Can I somehow attach it to a page that matches the rest of my website? I’m not even sure what questions I need to be asking!
