Hi. I’m in a club where we have a club system. However, it is heavy, messy and expensive. So wondering if there were a few good tips to use woocommerce/wordpress and make a quota collection system on ? We have a webshop and a credit card redemption agreement. We don’t need more than the shop for clubwear, and the purchase and payment of club membership as well as events in the long term. Maybe an internal fosum. Preferably guided by whether you have or have not paid your membership, that is, can you set it up so that a user is blocked on the page ? Anyone have any good guesses about what’s going on?
    Cheers.

    Hi there 👋

Absolutely! You can achieve what you are describing while using WooCommerce 🙂.

For that, you will need to use an extension/addon called WooCommerce Membership plugin that will do the job for you. Here is a direct link to this plugin:

    https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-memberships/

For Pre-Sales questions, please contact us at:

    https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/#sales-form

From there, click on the tab “I have a question about a specific extension or theme I’d like to purchase.”

We will be able to help you further there 🙌

Hi. Thank you for your reply. Sounds super good.
Can you create a forum that only paying users have access to too?
I am thinking here of making two types of membership, one for team 1 and one for team 2, besides it gives access to the club shop and the events we have in the calendar, which is only for members.
I would like to make it so everyone should have access to a closed forum Where some groups are only for team 1 and opposite as well as a common one. Like phpbb or in that style. It’s really a user management I seek from membership. should you choose to cancel or not to pay you are also shut out of the forum etc. Can you do that?

    Hi @henrikd,

Since this delves a little bit deeper into the workings of the Memberships extension, we’d like to move the discussion to the right place.

Therefore, as mentioned by my colleague, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create or login to a WooCommerce account before you can access that page.

Please include a link to this forum thread in your ticket.

    Thanks.
