CloudFront CDN settings could be better

    When fully offloading to CloudFront (paid feature) the CDN settings implimented by w3tc are not optimal.

    It’d be great if these settings were expanded in the plugin config to a level and/or reviewed for future versions if they remain non-editable in the plugin interface.
