Cloudflare Page Cache needs to be disabled?

Hey guys! Thank you for you cool product – LS is a blessing for WP sites 😀
Saw a comment from one of the support team that says “as long as you don’t enable CF page cache , every other option from our plugin is okay with CF”.
What do you mean under disabling Page Cache in CF? There is no specific option there, it’s just on or off. Or we can create rules to not cache specific pages. Should we just enable development mode or create a rule for whole domain to bypass CF cache?

Cloudflare is adding a new cache layer.
If you setup: https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/cdn/#cloudflare-tab CF connection and enable https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/cdn/#clear-cloudflare-cache it will clear CF cache too on Purge all and communicate with CF when neeeded.
Issues that could be encountered is cache not updating(in CF) when needed.
I would try setting up CF and test a few days how the setup is working: test on mobile/desktop, test as guest(not logged in) and test you site speed on: https://pagespeed.web.dev/
