I tested website after update to wordpress 6.6.2 I think, whatever launched today, and they cloudfare turnstile isn’t showing and normally it shows and says passed. So I went to fill out a test form and I got my “failed verification” message because verification failed.

I tried it on my phone, same issue, same as with ipad. I have cleared cache, tried to do new keys from cloudfare, turned it off and back on again, and checked ssl certificate since someone in another thread said it solved it for them. I even renewed my cert even though it didn’t expire until Oct.

    Please help.

I got it to work, however, it has been glitchy since August. I’ve had two different people contact me and say they got flagged. Cloudfare says it’s fine on their end.

I turned off the captcha. Logged into Cloudfare and reset the secret key. Went back to Wp Forms and reset the secret key. Purged Siteground cache. Turned Cloudfare back on in form settings. Tested form and it worked.

Prior to all of this the cloudfare logo, etc wasn’t even showing on the form. My wordpress updated overnight-I’m in Europe and this morning it had the issues. I’m thinking it is something on the plug in side of things. Tested all plugins and no compatibility issues.

    Hi @goingdutch,

    Thank you for reaching out!

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with Cloudflare Turnstile in your forms.

I noticed that on the Contact page, it seems you’re using the “Combine JavaScript Files” feature, as I can’t see the WPForms assets — here’s a screenshot. It’s possible that this is either causing or contributing to the issues that you’re seeing, so we need to start with this.

When you have a moment, please adjust the settings of the SiteGround’s Speed Optimizer plugin by following our guide here.

If the issue continues, please create a test page with a form that includes Cloudflare Turnstile and share the URL here. This will help us investigate the problem further.

    Thanks!

    Hi @goingdutch,

We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
