    Hello, I’m trying to create a site like meganz or Google drive, but I did not find any similar theme I would like to know if anyone can indicate me some plugin or theme

    A plugin or theme is not what you need. A theme is what the site looks like, and plugins add functionality to the website. You will need much much more than just a theme and a plugin to create a cloud storage solution.
