    Hello,

    sorry for my late reply (we where very bussy to get osticket 1.9.4 support).

    How do you mean all your tickets are closed by unknown?

    if your admin email matches up with osticket admin email it will use those settings including the signature.

    for users in wp it will create a user in osticket and update info.
