Close / Delete Stripe Express account

We have been told that we need to contact our platform provider to close/delete the Stripe Express account that was set up when we installed Woocommerce Payments. We no longer use Woocom Payments and have not for a while now.
Can someone assist with this? The Create a Ticket URL does not seem to have an option to actually create a ticket and neither does the plugin page.

WooCommerce > Status. Select“Get system report”and then“Copy for support”.Also, please be aware there are some criteria your account needs to meet in order for us to delete it.
